- Pink Band is ideal for beginner/ intermediate exercisers. Using the light resistance band with the Sculpt and Tone Pilates workout will be a challenge for some and just right for others.
- Green Band is ideal for intermediate/ advanced exercisers. The Sculpt and Tone Pilates Workout was designed using the medium resistance band.
- Purple Band is ideal for very advanced exercisers with considerable upper body strength. Using the heavy resistance band with the Sculpt and Tone Pilates workout will be very challenging.
