We've designed this special workout calendar to get you started. Each week you'll spend a little more time working out so that by the end of the month, you'll be burning off the fat without burning out!
Try each workout without weights first, then gradually add them in; the calendar tells you when. Within the first 2 weeks, you'll complete 10 workouts and see visible results!
